The total territory for private buildings of the Benelux Residences is 80 hectares. “Holland”, “Belgium”, “Luxembourg” obtain different areas. The largest, ”Holland” destines for 172 areas, 80 sq. m each.

The main architectural principal of the Benelux Residences is the following. Each private building is constructed according to a separate project but at the same time, all private buildings is a united, indivisible ensemble.

The architectural styles of the Benelux Residences are different, from neo classic to modern style. Famous Russian and foreign architects are engaged in the above work. A well-known German architect, Mr. Hadi Tegerani, who was recently announced as "The Architect of the Year" in Cannes, works out one of the projects.

The Benelux Residences are situated at beautiful, ecological and healthy near Moscow localities, easy for transport connection, in17 km long. Krasnopresnensky Prospekt, which is under construction, will connect the Benelux Residences and the very center of Moscow.

The Benelux Residences were awarded not for once for successes achieved in the field of country side real estate. Twice the above Complex has won the top award of the competition “The Settlement of the Year”, in 2004 and 2005. Besides, in 2004 The Benelux Residences became the winner of the special nomination “High Quality”, of the National Prize in the sphere of business “The Company 2004”, which was arranged by the "RosBusinessConsulting".
