Each private building is constructed according to a separate project but at the same time, all private buildings is a united, indivisible ensemble. The architectural styles of the Benelux Residences are different, from neo classic to modern style. Famous Russian and foreign architects are engaged in the above work. A well-known German architect, Mr. Hadi Tegerani, who was recently announced as "The Architect of the Year" in Cannes, works out one of the projects. The Benelux Residences are situated at beautiful, ecological and healthy near Moscow localities, easy for transport connection, in17 km long. Krasnopresnensky Prospekt, which is under construction, will connect the Benelux Residences and the very center of Moscow.
